Terms of Service

By using the services of Flaz Cloud, operated by PT Ragam Gagas Berkarya, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth below. This agreement applies to all services provided, including but not limited to: Cloud VPS, Web Hosting, Container Apps, and Domain. Please read carefully before using our services.

1 Scope of Services

Flaz Cloud provides cloud infrastructure services that include:

  • Cloud VPS — KVM-based Virtual Private Server with full root access.
  • Web Hosting — Shared hosting with cPanel, free SSL, and email.
  • Container Apps — Deploy container-based applications (n8n, WordPress, Odoo, etc.).
  • Domain — Domain name registration and management.

These terms apply to both individual and organizational users. All employees, agents, or parties using the account are bound by these terms.

Flaz Cloud reserves the right to modify, add, or remove services and these terms at any time without prior notice, in accordance with applicable conditions and prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.

2 Payment System & Balance

Flaz Cloud uses a wallet (balance) system for all service transactions. Balance-related terms:

  • Balance top-up can be made via Virtual Account, QRIS, e-wallet, or available retail outlets.
  • Billing is monthly and automatically deducted from the wallet balance.

Non-Refund Policy:

  • Topped-up balance is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • For services that have been deleted or terminated by the user, the deducted balance cannot be refunded.
  • Users are fully responsible for ensuring the ordered service meets their needs before making a purchase.
  • Balance cannot be transferred to other accounts or withdrawn as cash.

3 Suspension & Termination of Services

  • Services will be automatically suspended if the balance is insufficient at the time of renewal.
  • Suspended services will be permanently deleted after 3 (three) days if no payment is made.
  • Flaz Cloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate services with or without notice if a violation of these terms is found.
  • Users may disable the auto-renew feature and delete services at any time through the dashboard.

4 User Data Responsibility

Important:

  • All data stored on VPS, Hosting, Container Apps, and Domain services is entirely the responsibility of the respective user.
  • Users are required to perform regular and independent data backups.
  • Flaz Cloud is not responsible for any loss, damage, or breach of user data caused by user negligence, third-party attacks, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
  • Although Flaz Cloud may provide backup features for hosting services, this does not constitute a guarantee and users must still maintain independent backups.

5 Prohibited Content

Users are strictly prohibited from storing, distributing, or using the services for the following content:

  • Illegal activities or violations of applicable laws in Indonesia.
  • Copyright or intellectual property infringement.
  • Content promoting ethnic, religious, racial, or intergroup hostility (SARA) or hate speech.
  • Pornographic or exploitative content.
  • Human trafficking or related activities.
  • Phishing, scams, or fraud in any form.
  • Malware, viruses, or malicious software.

Violations will result in permanent suspension or termination of services without balance refund.

6 Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from performing the following activities on Flaz Cloud services:

  • Unauthorized access to third-party networks or systems.
  • Identity forgery or impersonation of others.
  • Software piracy.
  • Mail bombing, mail flooding, or mass spam delivery.
  • DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attacks or other forms of network attacks.
  • Port scanning or network scanning without permission.
  • Excessive bandwidth usage that disrupts other users.
  • Chargebacks without legitimate justification.
  • Cryptocurrency mining without written permission from Flaz Cloud.

7 Uptime & Technical Support

  • Flaz Cloud guarantees a 99.9% uptime SLA for infrastructure services.
  • If a disruption on the Flaz Cloud side exceeds the SLA, users are entitled to compensation in the form of balance credits.
  • Technical support is available through the support ticket system in the dashboard.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance through the dashboard or email.

8 User Account

  • Each user is responsible for the security of their own account and login credentials.
  • Sharing account access with unauthorized parties is prohibited.
  • Flaz Cloud reserves the right to suspend accounts that are suspected of misuse or violation of these terms.
  • Users may delete their account through the settings menu. Account deletion is permanent and any remaining balance cannot be refunded.

9 Limitation of Liability

  • Flaz Cloud provides services on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties beyond those stated in these terms.
  • Flaz Cloud shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services.
  • Flaz Cloud's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 1 (one) month.

10 Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
  • Any disputes arising shall first be resolved through amicable deliberation. If no agreement is reached, resolution shall be pursued through the competent courts in Indonesia.
