How is this different from Email Hosting?

Email SMTP sends email from your app or website. Email Hosting provides mailboxes for reading and replying to email. Both services can use the same domain.

How are credits counted?

One email to one recipient uses one credit. Each Cc and Bcc recipient also uses one credit. Credits are reserved when a request is accepted and charged when the relay accepts the email.

Do I need to move my domain or mailboxes?

Add the verification, SPF, and DKIM records shown in the dashboard. Merge SPF with your existing record. You can keep your website, DNS provider, and MX records.

What happens if a send fails?

Sends rejected before relay acceptance release their reserved credits. Uncertain connection results remain pending for review. Email accepted by the relay may still bounce later; check its status in the Activity log.

Can I use it with WordPress or my own app?

Yes. Use an SMTP plugin on WordPress or an SMTP library such as PHPMailer or Nodemailer. Flaz also provides an HTTP API. Credentials and integration instructions are available in the dashboard.

Is inbox delivery guaranteed?

Inbox placement depends on domain reputation, message content, and the recipient’s policies. Verify your domain, use recipients who have consented, and monitor bounces and failures in the dashboard.
