Information About VPS & Hosting Indonesia IP Address

Dear Valued Customers,

We inform you that we have recently made IP Address changes to all our services, namely VPS Indonesia and Hosting (cPanel & DirectAdmin), with the new IP block 2.27.165.0/24, and we need to inform you regarding possible inaccuracy of WHOIS information on that IP Address which may still be detected as a location in another country.

This occurs because:

WHOIS data and IP geolocation are cached / third-party databases
IP changes or re-routing require time for propagation and global data updates
Each provider (such as ISP, checker tools, and security services) has different databases

📌 What you need to know:

In reality / physically, our servers remain in Indonesia
There is no server relocation abroad
The location differences that appear are only due to geolocation data that has not been updated

⏳ This update process typically takes several days to several weeks, depending on each database provider.

We ensure that services continue to run optimally without any changes in performance or actual server location.
